IrishJobs in partnership with AsIAm, Ireland’s National Autism Charity, is calling on organisations across Ireland to offer the same employment chances to autistic people and open up greater opportunities to neurodiverse talent.
To support employers on this journey AsIAm and IrishJobs have published “The Same Chance Toolkit – a step by step guide to becoming an autism friendly employer. “
Minister of State for Disability in the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Anne Rabbitte, TD, joined AsIAm founder and CEO Adam Harris and IrishJobs Marketing Director Sarah Brewer to launch the Toolkit which provides all the information employers need to help attract, hire and retain autistic talent.
