As part of our partnership with AsIAm, Ireland’s National Autism Charity, we have been supporting a series of monthly masterclasses aimed at supporting employers to tap into the vast untapped pool of Autistic talent across Ireland.
Our seventh and final Masterclass is taking place on Tuesday, November 16th 2021 at 12pm, and will explore ‘Remote Working and Supporting Neurodiverse Ways of Working’.
Chaired by the AsIAm team, we will hear from an autistic self-advocate, who will share their personal experience of what it’s like to work remotely, and we’ll examine how remote working can support autistic people to perform to their best at work, and discuss how remote working can support autistic talent across the organisation.
You can catch up with all our previous six Masterclasses on topics including ‘Recruiting Autistic Talent and Potential’ & ‘Inducting and Onboarding Autistic Talent’, ‘Workplace Culture and Attitudes to Neurodiversity’, ‘Reasonable Accommodations and In-Work Supports’, ‘Self-Advocacy in the Workplace’, and ‘Career Progression and Personal Development’ just click on the button below.
