Our latest Employer Masterclass with AsIAm explored ‘Reasonable Accommodations & In-Work Supports’.

In this fourth webinar of our Employer Masterclass series, Fiona Ferris, Deputy CEO & Head of Training and Accreditation at AsIAm, Adrian Carroll, Training and Accessibility Officer at AsIAm and Sophia Webb, Administrative Officer at AsIAm shared their expertise on reasonable accommodations. They spoke about how employers can use reasonable accommodations and workplace supports to empower Autistic talent and promote a neurodiverse workplace culture.

 

Monthly Employer Masterclasses

As part of our partnership with AsIAm, Ireland’s National Autism Charity, we are collaborating on a series of monthly masterclasses aimed at supporting employers to engage with the vast untapped pool of Autistic talent in Ireland.

Each monthly workshop will cover a different theme, including recruitment and onboarding, workplace culture and attitudes to neurodiversity, self-advocacy in the workplace and career progression and personal development.
