Data on their job searches, applications and saved jobs is used to fuel a targeted email with their job match, which includes a link to apply.
Now, to enhance the power of IJM, active jobseekers will also receive an Instant Job Match PLUS email. This additional new email is powered by the activity of the jobseeker’s peers. It examines the activity of multiple, similar jobseekers to recommend and send job matches to individuals searching for comparable roles.
With an average of 6.5 million job match emails sent to jobseekers each month on IrishJobs.ie this dynamic but straightforward addition to our suite of products will increase the number of relevant jobs a candidate receives, delivering even more quality applications for your vacancies.
