What's brand new?
Auto-filled job categories
Add your job title, and the sector will automatically be populated.
Not only will it save you time, but it ensures your jobs are posted to the correct sector. It means your roles are shown to relevant jobseekers in their searches.
We can also use our data to recommend sector and job-specific skills, providing even stronger matches for your vacancy.
Salary information
Salary information is now a required field. Our data tells us that jobseekers are more likely to apply for jobs with salary information so this will deliver more applications for all our customers.
However, you can still choose not to salary information public when you post your jobs.
We will use the salary information as another data source to help refine search results, so you are only shown relevant, appropriate candidates.
New Skills Section
When you post a job, you will now be asked to select the skills you require from a menu populated with the skills most commonly associated with your vacancy.
The addition of skills enhances our internal matching technology. By gathering this information, we can provide you with better matches for your jobs and more relevant candidates. It is a refinement that will deliver more quality applications for you.
Improved location data
You will now be asked to select a single location for your job. It’s a small change that will improve accuracy and provide a better experience for jobseekers.
Our locations are extracted from Google. It means, in the future, we will be able to offer jobseekers a more detailed list of vacancies near to their precise location.
Clear location information will cut down your time to hire. It provides you with applications of talent who are locally available or who can easily commute to where your roles are based.
