I joined in 2011, starting out on the Integration & Support team. From day one, there was a strong emphasis on learning and development, in both technical and soft skills. This combined with tremendous career support has enabled me to grow to the role of Software Developer, Technical lead and eventually my current role as a System Architect.
I joined in 2012, starting out on the Integration & Support team. After 9 months in that role, I got the opportunity to work in our London office on secondment. I am now a senior member of our Account Management team, looking after some of our largest customers.There’s an open culture which makes for a really good atmosphere around the office.
After graduating from UCC, I joined the Integration & Support team. In this role I received top-class training, and gained incredibly valuable knowledge and experience of our products and services. The investment that Realex have made in me has been hugely important in growing my career. Now I’m working as a UX Design Analyst on the Product Management team, learning new things every day.
