Support the Abbott Nutrition EU/Cootehill QA training function ensuring compliance to QA training requirements. * Develop QA training content and materials based on ANs learning methodology. * Design and develop interactive QA microlearnings, computer-based-training, instructor-led-training, job aides and other training support materials as needed. * Provide ongoing QA training support to the manufacturing sites to ensure a compliant training requirements management system. This includes QA onboarding and identification of sites QA training needs. Will support QA training needs related to CAPA and audit actions. * Work closely with Division QA and sites QA leadership to continuously improve QA training. * Design, develop and deliver QA Training Courses/materials to meet business needs. * Provide daily oversight of QA training resources at the site.
