I loved working here as the people and the lab were great. Everyone was friendly and willing to help and the managers listened to what you had to say. Even when something went wrong, there was never just blaming you for the problem, everyone tried to help and never made you feel worse about it.
I think more movement of analysts between teams every so often would help them gain skills and improve morale a bit as doing the same thing for what feels like ages can be quite boring.
