The Best Bits

There was a large canteen with a good coffee machine and we got free fruit weekly. Office area is spacious and there are plenty of meeting rooms.

Things to improve

The culture with in the office needs work. There is a lot of uncertainty as peoples roles and responsibilities changed a lot. People were constantly trying to avoid being handed over the undesirable tasks from other departments. It seemed like the strongest managers just passed tasks to other departments for it all to change again within weeks. This lead to big divides between departments. Focusing on the common goal of the company and a culture of each department supporting each other would be hugely beneficial

Nice colleagues, but company lacks benefits and structure, would not recommend

Company structure, benefits, work life balance, multinational company but not very well developed
