Great people working in the bank but a lot of red tape

The Best Bits

Flexi time is great and the paid study leave offered when completing exams helpful

Things to improve

Don't recognise hard work, the appraisal scheme is very demotivating, promotions are very dependent on what division you work in, some divisions are great at supporting their own staff to progress in the organisation other division head have been know to call their staff 'busy fools'.
