The Best Bits

Flexible and relaxed. Generally good staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Waterford is a good place to live.

Things to improve

 Very poor project support. Lack of opportunities. Currently going through difficult financial times so opportunities are going to be limited

Coordinates other departments to support non-commercial projects. Leads manufacturing of clinical supply

Pay and conditions are good, health and safety is taken very seriously.

Things to improve

Unionised environment can cause problems for front line managers and it can be difficult to change culture
