Good work experience in the medical device industry

Anonymous in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland
current employee in Sep 2018

The Best Bits

The people are great, it's a small company so there is great opportunity to talk and work with different departments. It gives a great experience to learn about the roles other departments play in the medical device industry.

Things to improve

Some managers within the company are very laid back and work is slow to be handed out sometimes. There is not alot of progression as it's a small company but it offers good work experience in a friendly environment. Salaries could be improved alot but there are some good perks of flexibility, health insurance and pension. Communication between the parent company in France could be improved as it sometimes is slow at getting projects to move forward.
