The organisation provides a range of services to 1,751 children and adults with an intellectual disability in over 170 centres in the Greater Dublin Area and Navan Co. Meath.

 St. Michael's House supports include: Residential supports and independent living,  Clinical supports,  Day supports,  Schools,  Respite supports and Vocational training services.

My co-workers were always supportive. The worth while service that SMH provides

The organisation is top management heavy. Grades in admin positions are too low in alot of cases. Little or no interest in staff or staff development.

Lack of opportunities to develop career change or promotion. Paid is good.

Staff appreciation a reward system. One to one available with HR to support carear development.
