This role reports directly to Head of Finance on site and will be part of the site extended leadership group. Based on site this critical role will work closely with Senior Stakeholders across the business both internal to site and within the wider corporation.
You will contribute to the continued success of our QC department by providing analytical services to support our diverse manufacturing operations. Engage with our Continuous Improvement programme to share your ideas and experience to further optimise our laboratory function.
Reporting to the Microbiology Team Lead, as a Senior Microbiologist for Sanofi, you will play an integral role within the team and the wider organisation as we grow and develop within the pharmaceutical sector.
As a QC Team Leader you will take responsibility for the day to day operation of one of our QC Chemistry laboratories while also working with QC Management and fellow Team Leaders to devise a strategy for the optimisation of safety, compliance and operational excellence within the QC laboratories.
As a Process Engineer with Sanofi you will provide leadership and support to operations teams to ensure appropriate standards are met. The role will involve the development and implementation of improvement initiatives in all manufacturing and development operations.
