I started with PrePayPower in 2014 as an agent in our retention department. Within the first 12 months I was promoted to a Supervisor role. I have since gone on to lead a team of 8 phone based retention agents. Since day one everyone has been extremely welcoming and supportive. I knew joining a small growing company would help me fast-track my career, but I couldn’t have anticipated the extent and variety of experience I would gain over the past couple of years. I have had the chance to launch new initiatives, manage projects, and take on many additional responsibilities; the lack of red tape and bureaucracy here is really refreshing. Working to quarterly targets is also something I had little experience of before working in PrePayPower so this was somewhat daunting at first. I learnt fast however that having specific KPIs against which to benchmark my own performance was a brilliant way to stay motivated and constantly strive for improvement and success. What I love most about working here is that the sky’s the limit in terms of opportunities and that’s something you just don’t find in larger organisations or in a lot of other Irish companies.

I started in Prepay Power in May 2015 as a Sales Team Leader managing a small team of team of 8 sales agents. Within 9 months, I was promoted to a Sales Manager and am now leading 5 different departments. In June 2016 I was awarded the In-house Telesales Manger of the year at the Sales Champion Awards. In PPP our ideas are encouraged, our hard work is appreciated and each individual is valued. I am privileged to be a part of the Prepay Power team and look forward to the future.

This role is based in the Forward Trading Team within PrePayPowers finance department. We are a small dynamic team who are responsible for buying and hedging PrePayPower’s wholesale gas and electricity both in the ISEM and in Great Britain.
