Things to improve

The Best Bits

Decent on-site parking despite huge speed bumps. Some very decent folk work there.

Things to improve

One of the largest food companies in ireland and no hot food canteen. Attempting to cut pay for people who couldn't come to work during the hurricane is hugely damaging to morale. No health insurance, no maternity pay, no bonus, no stock schemes, poor hourly pay, three sick days allowed per year, pay docked if more than two minutes late, minimum holiday entitlements, not even a food hamper at Christmas. No regard for employees, only care about profit.
