Oxford International recruits self-motivated, driven professionals to work in both Technical Recruiter and Sales Account Manager roles. We expect Recruiters to identify, select and pre-qualify consultants relative to project openings and then partner with Sales Account Managers to align consultants with client needs. We look for our Sales Account Managers to build relationships with client companies throughout Europe, generate business opportunities through effective B2B selling and strategically position Oxford in the Information Technology, Software/Hardware and Lifescience services industry.
