The Best Bits

Novartis Global Business Centre has amazing work life balance, they are very flexible and are set up to work around working families. Their are fantastic opportunities to progress within Novartis once you are happy to own your own career, you need to be able to identify and spot opportunities and not wait for the company to do this for you which is the correct port of call. The culture and people are what make it from me and I would not hesitate to recommend Novartis as a great place to work.

Things to improve

The main constraint would be location, if you have access to a DART, can cylce or access to the main bus routes which service the area e.g number 4, 7 etc. then this is not an issue but there is no parking and this is the main limitation.

The Best Bits

Great place to work in part due to the people but also opportunities afforded to associates. A significant number of internal promotional recruitment campaigns have been run in the past that have afforded people like myself the opportunity to expand my scope and grow my career. Big fan of sports and social club, well run and lots of good events, and the flexible working conditions. Great place to work.

Things to improve

Parking is limited but as I do not drive it doesn't affect me.
