Mazars reviews

Turbulent. Tried to help but often felt like I was getting in the way...

Employee in Accountancy in Galway, Ireland
former employee in 2017

The Best Bits

Having my own desk and printing facilities nearby. Social events were decent but spontaneous and infrequent.

Things to improve

Help and understanding of trainee issues and problems. Very demanding and apathetic. No allowance to show initiative.

About The Job

Various tax heads- mainly VAT, Income, Corporation and Payroll taxes.

With slight improvements, Mazars would be a wonderful place to work

The Best Bits

Depending on the department you join, you could be very lucky to be working with a great team. The people mainly are really nice and easy going.

Things to improve

An overhaul of the culture souls make a huge difference to staff. A look at the more junior staff work life balance would improve it massively
