We currently have 2 open Process Technician opportunities. A Days role (07:00 to 15:00) and weekend role. This is a technical role where you will interact with process machinery in a clean room environment providing front line support.
As Packaging Validation Engineer you will have responsibility for the requalification and revalidation of Packaging Equipment including but not limited to Belco Sealing equipment within a cleanroom environment.
Working with the LotusWorks team as an instrumentation engineer, you will for the assessment, design, delivery, testing, qualification and validation of all instrument and control scope to enable the start-up, commissioning and qualification of a new Bulk Drug Substance manufacturing facility.
Working with the LotusWorks team as an electrical engineer, you will manage and develop the ongoing initiatives required to keep both the Machine Safety and Plant Electrical Engineering Structure to the forefront of good engineering practice
Setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, balancing, density, viscosity instrumentation, pH and conductivity analysers, dimensional and measurement equipment and a wide range of other instrumentation.
To provide an engineering service to support site pharma operations to maximize availability and reliability of pharma equipment to produce biologics. To ensure continual compliance with the policies relating to Personnel, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Finance.
Working with the LotusWorks team as a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and implement manufacturing business improvement projects and processes in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety)
As Quality Technician you will be responsible for routine final functional testing, product release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results. You will represent QA as first point of contact for product and process issues that arise.

|I started my career with LotusWorks working as part of the decommissioning team on one of our major client sites. I then progressed into the role of Instrumentation & Calibration Commissioning Technician which provided me with the opportunity to lead a team. I relocated back home to Cork and began work with one of our Medical Device clients. My role has developed over the last two years with this client. I am now involved in Continuous Improvement projects and in the commissioning and validation|
