The Best Bits

Interacting with sales reps and learning more about products.  Many of my colleagues were lovely.

Things to improve

There is a deep disconnect between head office and the day to day running of pharmacies. Therefore training was inadequate and issues within pharmacy were ill understood and addressed.

About The Job

Managing stock, managing orders from start to finish, assisting customers, providing informed healthcare advice. Receiving and organizing prescriptions.

A place where I learned a lot in all aspects of working life.

The Best Bits

I loved working here for a couple of years as the team in some departments were lovely and great friends. The work was challenging and helped me grow a lot which was great.

Things to improve

Salary related to the work done could definitely be improved. Fair job opportunities and help to grow. A lot of tasks were given without guidance and it was only possible to learn by making mistakes and feeling like a scolded school kid.

About The Job

A purchasing assistant assists the buyer in their role. There was a lot of excel work and some store facing marketing.
