Employee in Construction in Limerick, Ireland
former employee in 2018

The Best Bits

Good training opportunities, good immediate work colleagues. Good social committee.

Things to improve

Bloated middle management with no real leadership. Cliques formed within upper management meant promotions happened to those favoured not those most worthy.

About The Job

Too much administration work and not enough actual estimation. Company very slow to accept new technology or methods of work.

The Best Bits

Jobs they won were interesting enough! And could try different areas if you wanted to do so.

Attitudes towards the role of a quantity surveyor and responsibilities! Some tasks that had to be performed did not get the recognition and took away from the more important tasks that needed to be performed
