As a person who started her journey at ICON 9 years ago in the mailroom/reception, and has worked in the Data Management department for the last 7 1/2 of those 9 years, I can testify that ICON strongly believes in the development, growth and promotion of their employees. Those growth and development opportunities are what makes me want to stay here long term.
Wanda, ICON Clinical Research (USA)
ICON’s culture is rich in diversity. It is a global company with offices in every region of the world. It attracts creative thinking, dedicated, quality-driven people to manage its clients’ work. I am proud to work for a company that keeps standards high, yet maintains a relaxed, easy to work in environment.
Stephanie, ICON Clinical Research (USA)
I had worked at ICON before and always liked the company. I was very pleased to go back. I've worked in three other companies and ICON stood out in terms of the type of work it offered, the quality of service given and the types of people employed in the company. It’s the sort of company that I want to be associated with - that I am proud to say I work in.
Clare, ICON Central Laboratories (Ireland)
ICON supports overseas transfers, so there are many opportunities for gaining international experience. On a local level, there are various tiers of project management that allow for both local and regional project management opportunities. The experience of working on a full service project with ICON colleagues across the globe allows for increased opportunity for understanding the business and belonging to a highly supportive team.
Ana, ICON Clinical Research (Australia)
I think that one of the most remarkable differences between ICON and other companies is that career development is a clear path full of opportunities that any employee can take. Just the fact of knowing that you can reach your goals, whatever they are, I think makes you want to stay in ICON long term.
Cristian, ICON Clinical Research (Argentina)
