Fabulous people to work with, both colleagues and service users.

The Best Bits

The care that is provided to all service users is exemplary. There are 2 women in particular working there that I would want to care for my mother or anyone that I love deeply. They are a credit to any organisation. In Enable Ireland there is a want by all staff to make the service users day a better one. Their attention to detail is second to none.

Things to improve

There is far too much paperwork in relation to quality management awards. Yes, they are great to achieve but quality should be a given and the service users don't need to see an award to know if they are being cared for in a supportive, caring, thoughtful and kind manner. Also, the bulk of training that is not mandatory takes place in Dublin.
