Lovely supportive atmosphere, very challenging but rewarding work that matters.

Things to improve

With huge growth the office became a little cramped, and information isn't stored or documented in one place so organisation is a little messy.

The Best Bits

There is a great atmosphere in the office. People are always willing to help you out no matter what. Your voice is always heard regardless of seniority.

Things to improve

Sometimes feels a bit cramped in the office but an office refurbishment is taking place that will help this
