Great training for a well-rounded Accountant

Employee in Accountancy in Dublin, Ireland
former employee in 2016
10/09/2018

The Best Bits

It’s very varied work, I got so much experience in different organisations. Great training. Good opportunities to progress through the company.

Things to improve

Needs better work/life balance, regulary needed to work late and frowned upon to leave on time even when it’s not busy. HR policies were very annoying, no flexibility at all. Hard to get an hour off for an appointment even if you had worked many hours overtime the same week.

About The Job

Audits, accounts prep, supervising junior staff, working on client site.
