The Best Bits

I like the way you can talk to the team leader about any problems or difficulties that arise in the work zone or life situations because our team leader is so understanding.

Things to improve

Having more permanent staff employed instead of letting a recruitment company employ staff for a 10 month period and let most of them go come the end of it. Basically, giving good workers better job security.
