Good company to work for, great support from management and flexible hours

The Best Bits

Flexible working hours, centred on your own locality. Support from office staff 24/7

Things to improve

Though it's beyond their control you can never be guanteed your hours. If a client has to go to hospital or is moved to a nursing home you could have very few hours for a while until something comes up
