Stepping Stone. Good place to learn, bad place to progress.

The Best Bits

Most people were friendly and helpful. Sadly was near impossible to meet with friends across different departments as everybody was so busy all the time.

Things to improve

Work life balance, regular 40 hour working week, time off in lieu when staying late which was very common, more recognition for good work done and more training of staff versus rushing to get staff going.
