There is a carrier growth and the working environment is very good.

When I was working with BOA.. Never had that feeling that there are some areas where we need to improve..

The Best Bits

The annual leave is great at 25 days starting annually

Things to improve

Currently no parking available for new joiners. Parking facility needs to be improved. Work Life Balance - more encouragement needed to send staff home after 5pm and make allowances for extra consecutive days off for special occassions i.e. marriage
