The Best Bits

The people on the ground are great to work with

Things to improve

Senior Management are very set in their old ways.Differential in renumeration between long serving staff and newbies(anyone there less than ten years) is enormous .Newbies definitley have a much higher workload . Internal paperwork occupies more of staff time than being focused on keeping customers happy
