Garbage area has to be better organized and the doors should be repaired.

Meals that have damaged packaging are provided to staff for lunch

Things to improve

Culture. Nothing to encourage employees to stay, no staff events, no Christmas bonus. Long hours. No training provided just told to sign paperwork without proper training.

Employees are team players and do best to adopt a no blame culture.

Things to improve

Lack of structure and support within company. Management finds it difficult to allow department leads to do job and execute tasks to the standard required. Minimal training provided, contrary to what is stated in interview stages. A lot of “tail chasing” on a daily basis to keep up with managements tendency to alter task regularly. This is all reflected in excessive high staff turnover.
