The Best Bits

At the moment I am still in my probation period in Affidea dn it is a lot less stressfull than my previous job which is the only thing thats enjoyable.

Things to improve

They could improve the level of staff that they its an extremely small team and people are leaving quite often. The hours and the work that is asked of us is not reflected in the salary, I worked less ours in my prvious job for more money. The effort to get time off is a hassle as well, it can be tedious trying to get time off because the team is so small they have to check the rota weekly to see who is off. There is no reward for putting in a good days work, every so often we get a free lunch which isn't much. There is no opportunity to move up in the company or is there a PRSA scheme in place.

About The Job

• Scheduling appointments for patients. • Acting as first port of call for all queries in regards to clinical information and scan types. • Processing payments for scans. • Handling escalations raised by patients. • Cancelling and rescheduling appointments. • Inputting patient information into our RIS system and sending appointments to protocol. • Working with colleagues and clinics to fill schedules.
