Big Company. Not much else.

Anonymous in Sligo, Ireland
former employee in 2018

The Best Bits

Large company with good reputation, Large product portfolio. Good work experience. Comparable salary.

Things to improve

Large blame culture needs to be improved. Unrealistic expectations (12-16 hrs scheduled work on an 8 hour day). Having to beg for days off is unreasonable. Blocking of job applications to different roles/departments makes career progression very difficult. Work life balance is not important.
