Develop and co-ordinate the process FMEA’s for the relevant equipment/process upgrades - Co-ordinate the training function with production departments to ensure the relevant people in the process get the training required to run the processes effectively.

Based in Galway, Reporting to Process Development Manager. Main Responsibilities, to develop, optimise and validate new product manufacturing processes. Improve existing processes with focus on product quality, cost and performance. Work with the design department and support the product design process P1 through to P5.

Supports the Process Sciences Department through small scale laboratory experiments, as well as analysis, troubleshooting, and validation of manufacturing bioprocesses. Develops and writes protocols for small-scale process validation studies. Carries out small-scale purification process validation studies.
