PeopleSource is one of Ireland’s newest recruitment consultancy. Established in 2015, PeopleSource is dedicated to matching the right clients with the right candidates and vice versa.
At PeopleSource, we believe that this can only be done through an honest appraisal of the client role, a frank assessment of the candidate profile and a tireless pursuit to find the right fit for both parties.
We are candid, trustworthy and reliable; and that’s exactly how we want our clients and candidates to see us.
We don’t try to fill a vacancy based on a CV alone. We meet our candidates to understand their background and skill-set. We talk through their achievements to date and future career objectives. We discuss and agree a plan of action which could be a passive or proactive approach. We ensure candidates understand what we will do on their behalf to help them secure their next career step.
We meet every client; We will ensure we are able to deliver a full overview of your organisation to our candidates. Candidates will be fully informed before you meet them ensuring that first interview time is maximised for both parties.
Our approach is rigorous, reliable, tireless and tailored….and that’s why it works. Most of all though, we are straight-talkers and honest in everything we do; and we expect our clients and candidates to be too. Through an honest, open discussion, we get the right results for clients and candidates.
Achieving business results is about having the right people in the right roles.
