Pepper Ireland is part of the Pepper Group, a diversified, global financial services business. Pepper Group focuses on three key disciplines across the residential and commercial property sectors: Lending, Advisory and Asset Management.
We have offices in Dublin and Shannon, employing over 400 people. Pepper Group is headquartered in Australia, where it has been operating since 2001.
Pepper has over €17 billion of loan and commercial real estate assets under management. These are comprised of commercial real estate portfolios and residential mortgages, as well as personal, small and medium enterprise (SME) and auto loans.
Pepper commenced lending to the Irish residential mortgage market in 2016, trading as Pepper Homeloans providing a modern alternative for lending in Ireland.

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for cash management and reconciliation to support our servicing contracts, preparing month end reporting, preparation of general ledger reconciliations and providing supporting back up and attestation for the in-scope investor SOX processes.
The IT Graduate will look after the daily running of the systems, dealing with larger system fixes/process improvements, new application and systems implementation and integration, and portfolio migrations into the existing systems.
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for project delivery across the business including on-boarding new clients, delivering ARM.net enhancements and other projects for the IT, Mortgage Operations, CRE, Finance, HR and Compliance divisions.
