Highfield Healthcare was founded by Dr John Eustace in 1825 and is currently managed by the fifth and sixth generations of the Eustace family. Having expanded significantly since inception, Highfield Healthcare now has 4 facilities and a total complement of 313 beds and is highly regarded for the provision of acute mental health treatment and care for adults and older persons with acute, serious and enduring mental health disorders and complex mental health issues associated with neuropsychiatric disorders and dementia.

free parking, friendly environment, great supportive colleagues, subsidized staff canteen.

Things to improve

I like all aspects of working here, if I was to be very picky I could introduction a flexi - time working environment but in saying that management are very fair in that regard.
