The Best Bits

Location, the latest generation of Central Bankers.

Things to improve

The company needs a culture change. If you get stuck with the wrong Supervisor or Manager you will have a nightmare as they obligated to observe every aspect of your day.

Feel a part of something bigger

The Best Bits

There is a feeling about being part of something bigger and working for the public good. The issues we deal with are of national and international importance. Everyday, I see the dedication of colleagues to go above and beyond to get things done.

Things to improve

Salaries are low for the lower grades and it can be hard to hold onto good people because of this. Processes can be bureaucratic. Staff are hindered by lack of modern technological availability.
