Why work with us?

We take what we do seriously but don’t take ourselves too seriously. The best thing about working in Realex is the people. We’re passionate about what we do and good at it. Everyone is open, friendly and always happy to help each other…and have the craic.

We have big ambitions and set high standards. Working here is demanding and fast paced. This brings opportunity – for learning, growing, running with ideas and making a real difference. Formal certifications and training are also provided, to help you now and in your future career. We work hard to nurture the talent we hire. So much so we were awarded the Irish Software Association ‘s Excellence in Talent Development Award 2014 for the innovative things we are doing to develop our people’s talent.

There are lots of progression opportunities, many career paths and tons of room to grow within the company. We have a career model to support career development, but it’s not rigid; if it makes sense you can carve out a career of your own design.
