Great Place To Work

Anonymous in Dublin, Ireland
current employee in N 2017
11/08/2017

The Best Bits

The people and the work itself are what make it for me. In my role I get to work with a lot of different people across the business. Sometimes there are very tight deadlines which are tough but you get that everywhere. The pay is good too once you get out of the junior roles. I would recommend it as a place to work. The is a big focus on diversity and inclusion which is great. You get an extra day off for your birthday and an extra day for each year you work there which is great too - they are quite good for giving annual leave and you also have the option of flexi-time, depending on the role you're in.

Things to improve

Information overload. You can't keep up with all the newsletters, emails, new initiatives...
