Job Title Wellbeing Specialist

Reports to Health and Safety Manager

Level C

Location Dublin

The role of Wellbeing specialist is a new role located in the Health and Safety Policy and Performance team within Chief Information Security Office (CISO).

This team is responsible for setting global standards and assessing performance of Health and Safety management across Aviva. This includes the development and implementation of a global health and wellbeing strategy for Aviva employees in conjunction with the Corporate Responsibility Team. The Health and Wellbeing specialist, will have a key role in developing the wellbeing strategy, supporting its implementation and measuring its global performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluation of current wellbeing service provisions, design and Implementation of a wellbeing needs analysis.
• Research and evaluation of wellbeing solutions and interventions that address identified priorities.
• Co-ordination of Wellbeing Dashboard reports
• Planning & implementation of change and support the delivery of wellbeing interventions.
• Co-ordination of a working group focused on wellbeing
• Preparation of performance reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. These would include all Aviva Markets and Functions Health and Safety teams, HR and CR teams and external wellbeing providers

Key Skills & Experience
• Good understanding of Wellbeing programmes and interventions
• Practical experience developing wellbeing programmes desirable
• Relevant degree or courses and qualifications in the area of wellbeing desirable.
• Excellent customer relationship & interpersonal skills and experience of developing effective relationships within large organisations
• Good organisational skills
• Project management skills
