Transfer Agency Supervisor

 

This is a Dublin city centre based role in a multinational Fund Administrator. The key facet of the role is to be responsible for the Supervision of staff and acting as a point of escalation on operational queries. The company also prides itself on providing excellent service levels to all its clients and meeting deadlines through high standards of control and processes implementation.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Perform approval on Investor Transaction documents and ensure Investor Servicing procedures and controls are completed against specified deadlines.

Perform AML checks and Investor eligibility checks against various regulatory and fund guidelines.

Serve as main point of contact for a range of clients and develop excellent working relationships with external clients and internal departments.

Assist in the development and implementation of departmental procedures and work closely with Senior Managers to ensure they are implemented.

Responsible for wire payment execution, bank account reconciliation and break investigations.

Train, coach and mentor new employees and provide input and feedback on employees performance and appraisals.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

3 – 5 years in a TA background with a strong exposure to Hedge Funds. Knowledge of AML  requirements and excellent Customer Service skills. Excellent interpersonal and Customer service skills advantageous. NTAS system knowledge desirable but not a pre requisite.

 

 

 

 

 

Salary for this role is paying up top €45k -€55k based on previous experience
