Customer service Representative - Aesthetics Division 

TEKNO Surgical was established in 1996.  It is involved in the distribution of specialist medical products, targeting key niche areas:   Orthopedic – Surgical - Aesthetic.  The Company has approximately 25 agency agreements with world leading manufacturers of orthopaedic, surgical and aesthetic products. 

Purpose of Role:
The Customer/Sales Support Coordinator provides a key interface with the customer, supporting all aspects of the sales process. Working in a team environment in conjunction with the Sales Representatives, you will demonstrate excellent external and internal customer focus throughout.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed customer expectations (both current and new customers), as the first internal point of contact for the customer.
• Proactively respond and manage customer calls/queries in a professional manner.
• Process Sales Orders timely & accurately. Proactively manage Orders to ensure customer commitments are met, keeping customers informed on order status.
• Provide Quotations to customers in a timely manner, to a professional standard.
• Provide support to the Sales Representatives, working in a team based manner. This includes assisting with the customer accounts, pricing, reporting, forecasts as well as arranging appointments/travel and supporting sponsorship events & exhibitions. Attend and be a valued contributor to Sales Team Meetings.  
• Proactive selling in alignment with the Sales Team; including proactive engagement with customers and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Conduct Telesales on specific product ranges, achieving specific sales targets.
• Actively contribute to a very positive team environment and performance.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Role Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer support/sales administration role.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge and experience of all aspects of the role as outlined.
• Demonstrates a strong Customer Orientation, delivering an exceptional service in order to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
• Effective Communicator: Professional and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results Orientation: Demonstrates the ability to achieve tangible and measurable results. Makes and Meets Commitments and deadlines.
• Teamwork: Actively contribute to the development of a positive team environment, demonstrating a flexible approach.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures that work is executed accurately and completely, paying close attention to the detail.
• Demonstrates excellent organisational skills.
• Good administrative and IT/computing skills. Knowledge of Navision, an advantage.
• Previous experience of medical device customer or sales support, an advantage.
• Interest on the Beauty sector – experience and/or knowledge, an advantage.
