About the Business Unit

The EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Sales Operations team is responsible for the successful execution of multifaceted advertising campaigns across the Yahoo! network on behalf of our clients, agencies and advertisers. They support the big five markets in Europe, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, along with the Middle East and Africa. Team members are responsible for coordination and scheduling of campaigns, working closely with the sales teams and clients to ensure a smooth execution and delivery of ad campaigns.

Job Description

  • Train our delivery specialists on all systems, policies and processes.
  • Use professional training, adult learning and development concepts in the design, development and delivery of training modules and supplement guides.
  • Monitor and update all training documentation, covering all processes, systems and policies.
  • Provide trainees with the information, tools and resources needed to do their jobs effectively.
  • Partner with management and subject matter experts to provide performance feedback and to assist in development planning for team members.
  • Assess training needs, design training programs and deliver to the Delivery team as necessary.
  • Work with system development team to increase efficiencies as well as to ensure that the user’s voice is heard during product development cycles.
  • Work with Delivery management and cross-functional key teams to develop system & process enhancements to facilitate business growth.
  • Cross-functional teams include Finance, Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Marketing, and International sales offices.
  • Develop and manage classroom simulation systems and Computer-Based Training programs.
  • Develop and maintain training and communications standards across all regions.
  • Analyze all training programs (new hire, support, outreach) for effectiveness, efficiency, relevancy.
  • Work with key stakeholders to stay proficient and up-to-date on all Delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with operations teams in creation and implementation of business group goals.
  • Assist global project manager with the communication and implementation of new projects, policies and procedures to the different functions within sales operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years training experience.
  • Direct training experience with Ad Operations group.
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.
  • Evidence of project management skills.
  • Internet proficient.
  • Siebel systems or similar SFA knowledge/training experience a plus.
  • Ability to relate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • BA/BS or the equivalent
