The Role
As part of the development of the Service Delivery Team, applications are invited for the following vacancy. The successful candidates will work in the Service Delivery Team based in Zurich Centre, Wexford and will report to the Team Coach, Service Delivery. Role Definition: The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following: - Processing and maintenance of claims related functions; - Strong contribution to the attainment of operational targets; - Working as part of a team focused on the achievement of challenging service levels with customer centricity crucial to all processes; - Resolution, interpreting and processing of sometimes complex issues.

Ideally, the successful candidate should possess the following characteristics:
- Strong organisational skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good attention to detail;
- The ability to work within a team environment focused on the achievement of both individual and team goals;
- An innovative approach to your daily work and problem solving;
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach that includes the ability to self-motivate;
- Quick learning capabilities and an aptitude for understanding the variable elements of insurance products;
- High level IT skills;
- Strong numerical skills;
- Previous insurance experience is an advantage.

Technical Competencies:
- Good standard of education with a minimum of 2 honours in Higher Level subjects in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) or Third Level Qualification (minimum Diploma Level).
- Strong knowledge of Zurich internal processes, the Insurance Market and of business systems and tools.

Non-Technical Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise urgent work.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude to promote a constructive working climate.

Applicants should have the desire to pursue a CIP and/or ACII qualification. In recognition of this, a comprehensive study support and examination reward package will be provided. This role is a controlled function under the CBI Fitness and Probity Standards.
