Service Delivery Manager (Maternity Leave Cover 9 to 12 Months) – Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Ltd

Background

Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Ltd wishes to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to work within its Operations Team, based in Cork to manager and lead the Health Operations Service Delivery Team and our chosen outsourced provider.

 

Service delivery is a key component of the Health operation which has excelled to date through our Member Customer Care & Administration support functions which are operated by our chosen out-source partners. The Service Delivery Manager is committed to the ongoing development of the services provided to our customers, along with continuous focus on quality, accuracy, completeness and compliance to ensure our company is aligned with industry best-in-class service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate and lead the Health Operations Service Delivery Team and our chosen outsourced provider to ensure that ‘best in class’ service is delivered to our individual members.
  • Manage the relationship with our chosen out-sourced provider to ensure that we are always aligned in our mission to deliver high quality service to our members while ensuring value for money. Work with their management team to identify and implement process improvements and deliver projects which will further enhance our service offering to our customers
  • Drive effective governance and risk management processes within the health operation by ensuring that an effective control framework is in place which is adequately designed and operating effectively to provide reasonable assurance that key inherent risks in the area are managed appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation across all areas of responsibility and work within the legislation to deliver positive results for Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Ltd and Aviva Group.
