Citco Technology Management Ireland Ltd provides IT support to the Citco Banking division of the Citco Group which in turn provides banking and custody services to its client base.

This position is a key position within the Citco Group Application Team, they are primarily responsible for the maintenance and support of our corporate applications. Our ideal candidate will have a corporate application support background with the ability to quickly learn vendor applications from the inside out. The primary purpose of the position is to install and configure third party time and billing software and provide Level II support for Citco Group Finance and Corporate & Trust applications. Besides this, you will also get involved with a wide array of tasks (on a project basis) such as software implementation, system integration, development, configuration, technical support, testing and performance tuning/development.

 Key tasks and responsibilities:

SQL scripting skills, SQL database experience, and .NET

 Install and configure new releases into Test and Production environments;

 Coordinate the Release process with Business Groups;

 Communicate detailed descriptions of functionality changes and provide follow up support as required;

 Configure/Develop new system functionality;

 Administer and resolve support requests coming from application users;

 Maintain applications and install client components on user desktops;

 Create and run ad-hoc database queries / reports;

 Design and Develop application interfaces as required, maintain existing interfaces;

 Maintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality;

 Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues at the OS, Database, and SQL code levels;

 Develop and execute database queries to manage tables, create, copy, move and delete databases;

 Maintain technical environments including databases, application servers, and web servers;

 Perform QA and stress testing, create test cases and coordinate execution of the test plans;

 Qualifications and experience: the following will be highly regarded:

 (HBO) Technical degree and/or a minimum of 3- 5 years equivalent technical work experience;

 Strong experience with MS SQL and maintaining MSSQL 2005/2008 databases including creation, data management, backups, security and performance tuning is required;

 Knowledge and experience with Icorp or other Time Entry & Billing Systems is highly desirable;

 Strong experience with Windows webservers (.Net. and IIS);

 Experience with Coda Financials would be a plus;

 Expert knowledge of XSLT and XML;

 Ability to work in a fast paced, complex IT environment;

 Possesses a high degree of initiative and flexibility, proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious, confident communicator;

  Fluency in (business) English is a must have, other languages are considered a plus;
