Looking for German or French speakers with previous sales experience. Great opportunity to work with a global firm offering competitive salary.

 

Position Summary

This position involves placing outbound calls using a specified database of businesses in your target country.  Building relationships and handling objections to close sales

You must embrace the ‘always be dialing’ philosophy with selling as the primary function of this position with the goal of closing the sale on call.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Deliver and exceed targets for sales/conversions.
  • Use scripts as a guide to sell the solution.
  • Handle customers’ objections and rebuttals in a reactive way.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Assess needs and suggest/promote alternative.
  • Redirect customers to the proper area when necessary.
  • Continuously work for exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide follow up on orders and problems that may arise with payment etc.
  • Keep management informed re market conditions, product performance
  • Learn, understand, retain and regularly update and demonstrate product/process knowledge.

 

Requirements:  

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Minimum of 6 months experience  of consultative sales and cold calling 
  • Interest in developing customer partnerships.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organize the sales activity.
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Strong on Relationship Building
  • Ability to secure new business
  • Good IT skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, probing & reading
  • Excellent listening skills 
  • Ability to gauge customer ability and modify delivery skills accordingly
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to high change environment
  • You will need to keep up to date with relevant industry technology progress and like to work in an environment where the pace can change but the customers always remain in focus.
