About the Business Unit
The EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Sales Operations team is responsible for the successful execution of multifaceted advertising campaigns across the Yahoo! network on behalf of our clients, agencies and advertisers. They support the big five markets in Europe, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, along with the Middle East and Africa. . Team members are responsible for coordination and scheduling of campaigns, working closely with the sales teams and clients to ensure a smooth execution and delivery of ad campaigns.

Sales Operations Executive
The Sales Operations Executive will serve as the liaison between the Yahoo! Sales teams, internal and external partners and agencies; he/she will be a part of the overall EMEA Sales Operations team. The primary role is to ensure consistent, timely and accurate delivery of all advertising campaigns booked by the business. Assistance in campaign reporting and analysis are also essential to this role to ensure optimum performance is provided for all advertising campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for specified advertising agencies, direct advertisers, and Yahoo! content partners
• Ensure timely and accurate campaign set-up including receipt of advertising creative from advertising and agencies, coordination of campaign scheduling, and partnering with Finance to recognize revenue
• Manage campaigns; execute creative swaps and revisions, monitor campaign status and ensure campaign delivery, and optimize campaign performance
• Meet individual and Team KPI’s to achieve team goals and maintain ‘gold standard’ services across all digital platforms
• Work closely with sales teams to exceed client expectations and deliver upon requests in an efficient and timely manner
• Report any campaign/creative delivery issues to Operation Managers and/or Sales teams
• Work to the Yahoo! process, policies and standards set by the business and organise own workload
• Troubleshoot and work with teams to solve any advertising or associated platform issues reported
• Ensure all Sales staff is kept updated about the status of their booked campaign

Business requirements and skills:
• Preferred 1 year of experience working within an advertising department
• Understanding of digital advertising specifications and standards
• Ability to survive and thrive in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to keep attention to detail whilst working under pressure of tight deadlines
• Demonstrate time management and prioritisation skills
• Good communication and organisational skills
• 2nd language skill appropriate to the European market to which this role is assigned
• Must demonstrate ‘Team Player’ spirit at all times
• Passion for customer service and solution-focused orientation towards meeting client needs
• Education to a degree standard or relevant experience
